When you use Prabzo, we collect:

• Client data — names, contact details, attendance records, payments, and appointments you enter
• Usage data — basic app usage analytics to improve the service
• Device token — for sending push notifications to your device

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

• Provide and improve the Prabzo service
• Sync your data across your devices
• Send you important service notifications and reminders
• Send you product updates, tips, and announcements via email (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Send push notifications for sessions, payments, and package reminders

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your client data for advertising.

3. Push Notifications

With your permission, Prabzo may send push notifications to your device including:

• Daily session reminders
• Pending payment alerts
• Package expiry warnings
• Re-engagement reminders

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the Prabzo app.

4. Email Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive occasional emails from Prabzo including:

• Product updates and new feature announcements
• Tips and best practices for managing your clients
• Important service notifications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure (US servers). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data or your clients' data with any third parties, except:

• Google Firebase — our cloud infrastructure provider
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — for push notifications
• As required by law

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and download your data at any time via Settings → Export
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account
• Update or correct your personal information
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time
• Disable push notifications at any time
• For EU/GDPR users: right to data portability, restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

8. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, we process your data under the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — to provide the Prabzo service you signed up for
• Legitimate interests — to improve our service and send relevant product updates
• Consent — for push notifications and marketing emails

9. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

Prabzo is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
